In addition, based on our advanced refrigeration center, we are providing cold chain services for customers who need services. What kind of tasks are you actually performing in the logistics and refrigeration jobs?

  • Please introduce briefly the logistics planning.

    You can think of it as a task of analyzing the present, finding complements and challenges to approach the goal, and establishing a realistic plan for how to apply and implement. It may sound extensive, but our department is mainly focusing on strengthening existing businesses and establishing strategies for new businesses, improving work efficiency, and internalizing know-how.

  • What about the company atmosphere and the culture?

    I want to say autonomy and transparency. It is a culture of concentrating on efficiency by reducing unnecessary misunderstandings and verification procedures by freely setting and using my working hours, location, and resources required for work, but freely opening them to other co-workers.

  • What kind of competencies do you think are necessary for the logistics planning job?

    I think that the ability to present solutions to identify differences and eliminate them is the most necessary. The difference is the distance between our goal and the current level, and I think the core competency is the ability to present a solution based on one's expertise about what is needed to eliminate it.

  • Do you have any preparations and know-how for interview?

    I think that being prepared is rather counterproductive. I need to focus clearly on areas where I can demonstrate my professional competence. If you try to align with the company's hiring guidelines, you'll see a difference on your resume or interview answer and you'll see it right away. Therefore, if you recognize and proceed with a process to check whether professionalism is required during the hiring process, I think it will be a great help to not only the results of joining the company but also to the company life after joining the company.
